1. Can you provide quotes for WINZ?
Yes, we can definitely provide you with a quote for WINZ. Just let us know what you need and we will be happy to assist you.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using cash, direct credit, credit card, or Stripe. Let us know which method you prefer, and we'll assist you in making the payment.
3. Do I need a licence to operate a forklift?
Yes, to drive a forklift on a road, you must have a driver's license for the appropriate class and an F (forklift) driver's license endorsement. Additionally, your forklift must be registered and have a warrant of fitness.
4. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
By enrolling in one of our courses, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions policy, which includes our refund/cancellation policy.
- Cancel seven working days before the course starts for a full refund.
- Cancel four to six days before the course start for a 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations up to three working days.
5. Do you provide medical certificates or eyesight testing?
No, all medical certificates must be from a New Zealand registered health practitioner. This includes your family doctor (GP), a registered nurse or nurse practitioner, or a specialist if appropriate. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Do you offer Class 1 Full Driver's Licence training?
